All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges for reasons such as price discrepancies, change of mind, sizing issues, color preferences, or any other non-defective concerns.

2. Return Eligibility

2.1 Damaged or Defective Products (Our Fault Only):
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective due to an error on our part, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at [email protected]

  • Provide a description and clear photos of the damaged or defective item.

  • If approved, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost to you.

2.2 Discretionary Returns (Customer-Initiated):
If you still wish to return or exchange a product for any reason other than damage caused by us, you may request a discretionary exchange subject to the following:

  • A return handling fee of ₹200 will be charged.

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • The request must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • Approval is subject to review by our support team and not guaranteed.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following categories:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Undergarments or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 2-3 hours of purchase. Once an item has entered the printing or production process, cancellation is no longer possible.
